And yes we still specialize in transforming tired and grubby garage floors and pathways into beautifully finished, professional, and durable surfaces that last. How We Began
With over 30 years of experience, our owner started with a landscape gardening business and has since expanded into more comprehensive property services which specialise in licenced excavtion projects, and the transformation of garages and pathways around your home or office. This journey has included renovating houses, building decks and fences, and much more. We are proud to be NDIS screened and approved, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Services
Excavation:
Whether you need your gravel driveway resurfaced and the pot hols fixed, or some brush cleared from your land, or some trenching done ready for some new foundations, agi pipes or retaining wall, or you may need a new garden bed dug out ready for sowing or even a space ready for new shed slab. The applications for a 1 to 30 tonne excavators are endless. PSC will come in and get the job done in a timely fashion without breaking the bank, and will definately save you from breaking your back.

Garage Floor Resurfacing:
Transform your garage floor into a versatile extra space with PSC's industrial strength two-part epoxy coating, textured flaking, and a urethane top coat for superior sealing strength. PSC will come in and remove the top surface of your garage floor with a diamond tip grinder, thoroughly prepare the surface ready for an epoxy undercoat in any color you choose. Once dry a 2nd coat is applied and the epoxy flake is added for texture. Finally a urethane top coat is added to seal it correctly and enable a long lasting durable finish, ready to take the car, the kids bikes, dirt, sand and mud. PSC uses industrial strength products so you can be confident your garage floor will last the test of time.
Path Upgrading:
PSC will redo your path with antislip coatings enabling you to walk with confidence in the wet. We use a grinder to even out the surface ensuring you wont trip on the raised edges, then either blend or completely redo the area with an industrial strength finish.
High Pressure Water Cleaning:
For areas that simply need a solid professional clean, be-it the grime that builds up over time or removing the molds and moss from steps and pathways, PSC will come in and clean those dangerous areas, chemical free, to ensure a safer and more hygienic surface to walk on.
Property Contents Removal
With our Clear and Go service, PSC will come in, remove the contents of your property and dispose of it. We do both domestic and commercial property. Perfect for a clean start.
NDIS Approved:
PSC are NDIS sceening approved, so we are qualified to work for a an NDIS individual or an NDIS Provider to carry out our list of services. We also carry a Blue Card - suitsable for working in and around children.
Property Management
Property management can come in many forms, from fixing a gate, to rebuilding a fence or a deck, to washing down the side of house, to shifting a couple of cubic meters of soil, we’ll even do a tip run for you or organise a skip for larger jobs. PSC can get a lot of handy work done, and if they cant, they’ll arrange for someone who can.
